Open back promotes use in evaluations and very easy adjustment. Gives individual body part support without customization or institutional look. Shoulder, Thoracic, Lumbar, Foot and Abductor supports are standard. All support pads adjust in height, depth and angle. Swivel/locking caster base for transport. Height adjustability allows for use of existing table having floor clearance of 19-31" Lightweight. Knocks down in seconds for transport. Includes Caster Shoulder / Neck Support, Low & High Back Cushions.

Physical Therapy: Sliding On A Scooter Board

Try using the Rug Rat Scooter Board on a gentle ramp for a fun sliding game. You can use an outdoor ramp designed for wheelchair access to buildings or you can construct an indoor/outdoor ramp with a long board laid over one or two stairs to the ground. Lift the child on and then let them slide! Make sure you keep physical contact with the child to ensure that they stay on the ramp all the way to the bottom.
