The Adjustacart features a spring assisted mechanism which allows users to work in either a seated or standing position. The front adjustable surface has a travel range of 12 3/4". (Either 7" above or 5 3/4" below rear stationary surface.) Front surface also tilts: 9 degrees toward you or 15 degrees away, accomodating many types of seating solutions. The statonary surface is 31" from the ground. Available in 10 sizes and in 4 colours, Black, Bone, Light Gray, and Wood. Please specify colour and width when ordering. Occupational Therapy: Developing Hand Strength with Therasaurs
Try keeping one in the freezer for cold therapy. They can also be immersed in warm water for an interesting change.
Here is one hand strengthening exercise - Grasp dino in the palm of the hand so that the hand is covering the dino. Squeeze and hold. Relax and repeat 10 times.
