Play Tip!
All ball use tips apply to all sizes of balls. To decrease spasticity, try deflating your ball slightly, lying the child face down and rolling the ball back and forth. Soothing music and firm touch on the tight muscles can also help. This size is usually best for children the size of a typical child of 8 - 14 years or a small adult.
