Everyone loves to eat out. However, endless restaurant choices, the challenge of using correct table manners, and the nuances of restaurant etiquette can make dining out an exercise in frustration. Select-A-Meal, with hands-on student resources and instructor's guide, can help. Student resources make menu selection easy. Select from 144 restaurant cards to place orders at your favorite restaurant. Foods are grouped by meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner; by desserts, side dishes, condiments and beverages. Just slide appropriate cards in pocket book and go! Students can "read" the order or hand the pocket book to the server. The Illustrated Menu features all the restaurant card illustrations (plus more!) in a handy, ready-to-go laminated booklet. Select-A-Meal instructor's guide helps you prepare for fast food, table service, and self-service restaurant outings. The guide sets lesson plans and shows you how to use student resource materials. includes a data collection system plus picture step pages, communication cues, social skill pages, and other training aids. Includes 144 laminated restaurant cards, marking set, pocket book, illustrated menu and a 150 page instructor's guide with reproducibles.
