It attaches at any angle to a wheelchair, lawn chair, metal-frame bed, lamp post, or any tubular frame from 1/2" to 1 1/4" diameter. The deeper well has a pop-out bottom which accepts any size of glass or cup. Clean with detergent and warm water. It measures 7 3/4"x6 1/4"x1 3/4" (20x16x4 cm) with 3 1/8" (8 cm) well diameters.
